We value and reward leading Educators

To recognise and reward the incredible work of our team, we pay experienced educators $1,000 per month above current award rates (full-time equivalent). We also offer comprehensive benefits such as flexible working models, additional wellness leave, investment in learning and development and a 85% discount on childcare fees.
